501(c)(3) conservation organization that has been serving the Berks County community since 1974.

Eunie's Garden (6th Ward)



Eunie’s Garden located in the 6th ward at the corner of Division and Buttonwood Streets was the first garden established through the Berks Urban Greening Community Garden Program. The site contains 29 individual garden plots that are occupied by members of the immediate community in the 6th Ward.

We are thankful for the garden sponsorship from Albert & Eunice Boscov. The site is also home to a beautiful mural “Why We Came”, completed in 2006 by the PA Migrant Education Program.
