The Berks County Conservancy has worked with hundreds of families to permanently protect over 6,000 acres of land in our community. Much of this land was protected by using conservation easements and is still privately owned. The organization also manages over 500 acres of land that we actually own – Conservancy Nature Preserves.. This land is made available to you for your enjoyment.

Currently, we manage two nature preserves for you and your family to enjoy. The Neversink Mountain Preserve and The Earl Poole Sanctuary.
